Bay area find .. no actives

good afternoon everyone at shroomery. i recently came across some mushrooms while on a walk and was wondering what they might be.
i was not able to get a spore print of all but i did take 1.thank you in advance.







these were found under a bush

Top specimen is a Hypholoma species from what I can tell, better pictures close up would be helpful showing the gills and stipe are important too.

I can't see the 2nd well enough to make an accurate identification of any kind.

Hi good evening, your first one is Leratiomyces riparius and the second one is the possibly undescribed Lepista that I am currently calling Lepista glaucocana, for lack of a better name.  Looks like you found it under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cupressus_macrocarpa.
