What is the Relative Humidity of the fruiting Chamber? Mine is at 78-82% maximum.

Don't worry about rh. Worry about the surfaces of ur cakes. U want to mist the cakes ONLY when they need it. When they start to look dry.

Oh. Lol. Yea don't worry about the rh. Most of us don't use hygrometers. U want to mist them till they're moist, then allow it to evaporate before u mist again. That's it. Rh doesn't mean much. And if it's in the 70s without cakes, I'm sure it'll easily be 85 when it's full of moist cakes.

Calibrate your hygrometer and try again.  Wrap it in a damp towel for an hour, and then remove and immediately adjust so it reads 99%.
