What to grow on cherry logs?

So I've acquired some nice fresh cherry logs (not black cherry) and am trying to decide what to grow on them.

I have heard that nameko do well on cherry but it would take me over a month to get the culture ready to inoculate onto dowels, then my logs won't be so fresh.

I have Oyster and shittake growing on grains ready to be put onto wooden dowels.
Which mushrooms do you think would do best on cherry?
