Wiring a blower for laminar flow hood
    #25796658 -

I just bought the Universal Blower - 1,040 CFM @ .8 inch SP from fungi perfecti together with the 36 x 24 x 5.8 in Micron Filter.

How do I go about wiring the blower for 230V UK plug? Do I need any resistors, etc?

That blower is the 1tdu2 you can type that in google and get the wiring diagram. Paul deliberately obfuscates the model numbers because he's the only retailer that marks up products that much.

There is probably a wiring diagram right on the white sticker on the motor of the blower.

What are the other retailers that are recommended by the mushroom people?

Ebay, Craigslist, AliExpress/baba, amazon, using google, etc..

If you're anywhere in europe or north America you can get pretty much anything from China these days

Their filters are nice and come in plastic packed really safely with boards.
I bought an 18 x 24 from them before and I just bought a 12 x 24" mini pleat HEPA from them for a portable hood. You can do better for filter prices I'm sure but theirs aren't too bad so I don't mind buying from them.

But yea the blower dude , sorry you bought it from them they do mark them up crazy high and don't list model numbers for shopping around.
I have a 1TDT2 for the hood I'm building, I got it for about 120$ less than they are charging brand new in box without the freight shipping charge

I actually like FP, they do have quality stuff, but they are $$$ so I have to pick and choose what I can get from them

Yea that sucks!  I figured it out on my own a few years ago, I saw their "All purpose blower" pushed 549CFM @ free air and 360CFM @ 0.8" so - I looked thru the data sheets for similar blowers till I found it was Dayton 1TDT2

I bought mine on Ebay in an unopened box
