What the fuck is wrong with me

All week I’ve felt insecure, unconfident, shellish, no energy, and irrated with everyone. I feel like everyone around me not take me serious and thinks I lack mentally. It’s a fucking drag and I can’t get past it. It’s causing me to make small mistakes I normally don’t make.

Yeah, I guess so.  Feels unlikely though, especially when you consider that the first two symptoms Dave lists are that he’s insecure and unconfident.  But it’s possible that everyone around him is conspiring to make him feel crazy.  Idk his life.
