Help moving a bag grow into a SGFC

This is my first post after lurking for quite a while, so hey!

My first attempt at a grow is almost fully colonised. I started using 2 grow bags from MyCoFarm which don’t seem to be too popular around here and I can see why. If I was to continue using what the kit provides I’d have to wrap my blocks in foil and only add one layer of vermiculite to the top giving me a very small surface area for pins to grow in a small misting tent, so after a bit of reading I’m thinking of making a SGFC. Although I think this will give me a much better yield, I’m kind of nervous about contamination and ruining my cakes and have a few questions and concerns.

At the moment the cakes that have formed in the bags are pretty damn huge, much bigger that the average cake you’d put into a fruiting chamber. The bags also come readily moisturised. I’m worried if I attempt to dunk these cakes if they’ll be susceptible to breaking down and weather because of their size I’ll have trouble keeping them moist when I’m the SGFC. I’m really excited for the end product and I know I’d be devastated if this grow ended up failing on me and I had to start again. I need help on deciding if I should just allow my grow to finish using the kit I already have so as not to take a big risk or if not decent advice on exactly how I should make the transfer to my new chamber when it’s built! I can supply pictures as requested and answer any questions asked.

I don’t know much about teks but that’s something I will be looking into as I don’t wanna pay for another syringe of B+, which is what I’m growing yeah. I do have vermiculite included in the kit as a top layer so I’m considering dunking and rolling my cakes and adding to the chamber. Honestly my next grow is gonna be from scratch but when I first decided to grow all the instructions were overwhelming.

Okay I’ve given your method a careful look over and it seem like one of the best and easiest out there. I spent today collecting everything I need to get started, I’ve got the boxes and the coco void and vermiculite however I didn’t manage to get it very course. I have a few questions

What ratio do I mix the coir and verm?
Can and should I add a heater to the big box?
Should I soak my mix after it’s made and how should I treat this differently to a SGFC when fruiting?
