They look fine mate, as others have said give it a couple more days but get em just before the veil breaks and they start dropping spores. It's fine if they do drop spores though, just personal preference really.

If that's a grow kit you're using you should know you'll get a lot more shrooms for a lot less money if you DIY and follow a tek on this site
