Anyway, I sometimes buy all sorts of energy drinks, Monster is not sweetened with phenylalanine, opt for the no sugar one sweetened with erythritol, or the lightly sweetened one which I think has a small amount of tea in it but hardly any sugar.

There are a whole bunch of natural ones which have a decent amount of stimulating stuff in them like Runa, Hi-Ball, Sambazon to name a few, I have had all of those but never the full sugar ones because I find large amounts of sugar to make me feel sick.

Cold brew is good, but the added stuff in other drinks really helps up the focus factor for myself.  Kombucha is primo stuff but can be expensive unless you want to brew your own which is a good hobby, you can add other stuff to your homebrewed booch to up the health factor like medicinal mushrooms, greens, etc.  Tea is good, I will often mix black and green bags in one large bottle because I like the feeling of both of them combined.  Probably sounds crazy but I can feel a difference between black and green tea, could all be in my head though.

Anyway, I have found beverages like these to actually help certain practices I delve into, such as they actually help me meditate better because they slow my mind down, strange how that works.
