I prefer the Sobe Adrenaline rush drinks.

way better tasting and a smoother energy high.  Less crack, more roll,

My favorite energy drink is a beverage called XS. It is not available in stores... only via resellers through the Internet. I drank a can of it every day on my cross-Iowa bike ride. It's made for people who are actually doing strenuous exercise..... not people looking for a quick pick-me-up... which is why it can't be found in stores. Tastes great.... non carbonated..... 4300% of you B12 vitamins for a good day of hard work.

May i just ad that in some countries in europe Red Bull is not allowed
. I would say mainly because of some of the substances and the "buzz" it gives. (double standards imo)

The hysteria over these drinks when they first appeared was pretty ridiculous. It doesn't get you high or give you a buzz. It doesn't have bull sperm or urine or chopped up cats in it.
A mug of espresso coffee is stronger than a red bull. Sure it contains B vitamins and supplements and whatever, but I'd think that the phenomenal amount of sugar in every can pretty much negates any health benefits you get from drinking it.
I still like it though!

I once drank 7 red bulls at once. I never got a buzz but I did get a stomach and headache. I just felt dumb (whch I was for doing so. It was 2 years ago).

I'm addicted to it.. i have gained signifigant amount of weight because of it. Caffine destroys your metabolism.. and the sugar and carbs don't help either. I drink like two a day and i have for 2-3 years now.. and i can't quit. I feel i'm addicted to Red Bull almost equally as i am to smoking.

Hehe, i have to admit it is a bit extreme to call it an addiction.
Alot of people can't function without they'r morning coffee, so it's
more of a preference thing. You don't hear them ranting on how they are drinking to much of it :P

a friend of mine works as a sales rep for red bull and hooks me up with crates of the stuff for free.
I don't think its really addictive. I used to drink tons of it but now days i only use it to mix drinks and then only as a partial ingredient.

I actually work for red bull. The reason the can is small is because you really only need one can to give you "energy". Almost everything in redbull is naturally in your body, and when some of these things in your body get depleted you get tired, and what red bull does is replenish them. THe caffiene is the same amount of a cup of coffee, and its only put in their to make the other crap get in your blood stream quicker. Im ofcourse giving you the short end of explaining red bull. ALso the reason why other countries are banning red bull like france, is the fact that those countries cannot sell engergy drinks. THis is hard to explain, but they do not allow drinks with supplements in them and call them energy drinks or something like that im really not sure, but its along those lines. Also, i shouldnt say this but I think that if you drink too much red bull each day it screws really bad with your stomach and digestion. THey say you just pee out everything your body doesnt take from the red bull. But at least three other former employees that used to drink it all the time three or more a day have had severe stomach problems. heh O well I do get tons of free red bull, but i do not drink more than two a day!hope this helped a little bit. If you have anyother questions feel free to pm me or email me!

Red Bull is okay by itself. Red Bull and vodka is much better though. My drink of choice at bars. :crazy2:

If I just need a pick-me-up I'll drink a Starbucks Doubleshot. Gets the job done better than Red Bull for keeping me wide awake.

I hate the taste of the stuff way too sweet, I think the reason its so popular over here is because its great as a mixer.

There was an item on a talk show over here where they gave three people 4 cans of red bul each to drink and tested their driving on a simulator before and after. Apparently its almost as bad as having one or two alcoholic drinks, 2 of the peoples driving got worse but the other woman actually got better but they said the same thing happened during similar experiments with alcohol.

They should have let those drivers take a puff or two. I bet that would have mellowed them out a bit and improved thier driving.

red bull definately gives me the most energy out of any of those drinks. but i must say my favorite overall is sobe energy rush (the citrus tasting one). as mndfreeze said, less of a energy tweak, more of a energy roll

yah i can see them fuckers doing some damage from daily use... i just cant afford it. I like them when I'm doing a latenight drive though and dont want hot coffee (comin home from a night of dancin) :stoned:

I drink V8 vegetable juice for my morning energy-drink, preferably the lemon-twist.
Healthier, stronger, and better, I say.
