Mushrooms in my yard

Hi Guys,

I would like some help to ID these mushrooms. We had some good rain and these popped up all over my yard. I know they are not active but would like some info on them if possible.

Habitat:
What does it grow on? Soil/Grass

Gills: See images

Stem: See images

Cap: Measurements was not taken. See images for rest of info.

Spore print color: See images

Bruising: None that I could see

Mushroom type 1:




Mushroom type 2:






Mushroom type 3:








Spore Prints:
I took prints of all of them, mushroom 3 left no visible print on paper nor on the foil.
The lighter print was left for around an hour and the darker one was taken after that and left for much longer.

Looks like Agaricus xanthodermus and Panaeolus foenisecii.

Thanks Alan, I did some reading on the ones you mentioned and I think you are spot on!

So is 1 and 3 both Panaeolus foenisecii?
