interesting mushroom grow products. few questions

Hey I was searching around google for some pre-made compost to grow on. As I don't really want to go out picking up cow shit and I don't really want to be touching it and playing with the stuff.. I'm a pansey lol.

  anyway on my search i came across some stuff thats time release nutrients that you can add to compost. http://www.amycel.com/ is the link.  Has anyone ever tried this stuff?

  Also are the composts and nutrients needed for shroomery type shrooms the same as what oyster shrooms and such would use?  because I've been finding that web sites that sell stuff only for legal shrooms are far cheaper then say the sponsers here.


    finally are oyster shrooms and all these other edibles really tasty?  i like most edibles ive eaten but i don't know what they were..  any you recommend or don't??

if you want some good compost get some high mountain compost.Not only are they a sponser here,but its great stuff.I always use it.

Both seem to work well, I have used cow manure compost from lowes and worm castings, not sure which is better, but both work.
