Are these Pleurotus (Oysters)?

Found growing on a hardwood stump in a beaver pond in Upstate NY. I think they are Oyster mushrooms but not sure.

They look mature, younger ones will be much more tender. They love dead trees around water.

They sure look like it! Growing outside in the snow too! :laugh:

I'm amazed at how cold of a temperature these things can handle.

They definitely are resilient little things.

As a previous poster said they look mature.
