ID Request: PNW, frostbitten actives.

Greetings!  I am requesting the internet's second opinion on a new patch I found today in the PNW.  I have id-ed cyans before, but they were in much better condition and easier to identify.  I have two groups.  A and B.

Confident in these, but require 2nd opinion:

Less confident in these- many caps are very dark.

Habitat:
Mixed woodchip mulch under fir trees.  No photo.  Confident habitat is correct.  Galerina was nearby, hence my paranoia. 

Gills:
See Photos

Stem:
Length/Diameter: 0-1.5" L/3mm D (sorry for mixing imperial and metric :laugh:)
Color: White to black depending on degradation
Texture: Smooth.  Small veil vestige present on some
Hollow/Solid: firm and solid.

Cap:
Diameter: 0-1.5"
Color: Tan (Caramel) / Black.  Two tone on some.
Texture: Smooth, not sticky or slimy.

Spore print color:
Black/Brown, but not very expressive.  I got enough to not notice any rusty color (see above image)

Bruising:
Observed no real-time bruising on any specimens Too cold?

Looks like allenii to me. Any of those that bruise blue are good to go. Hard to see in the pictures, but as a rule any mushrooms that have that appearance and bruise blue are active.

If they are frosted, they should already have blue on them...

To clarify, I saw no blue bruising before my eyes.  All the blue present is the blue you see in the photos, which was there prior to cutting for inspection.

Unfortunately. Your pictures are not good enough to identify the second group you want identified. Post clear up close pictures of the cap, gills and stipe of any mushrooms that you are not sure of.  If they look like what you have in your group A photos and have the same bluish bruising,  they are active psilocybe species.
