Dry looking yellow dust on my tray spawn

I did my 10 day checkup on some B+ I spawned at 1:3 today, from WBS to coir and verm. I've seen these things in my shoeboxes before but I've always had either sucess or a wad of bacteria, seemingly whether or not these things are around.

I can't USFSE to find out what this is, I can't find anything that looks like it.

Unless you have shoeboxes, then hold onto those.
Head down to the store, buy some butterfly clips, dub tub your jars, forget about them, move to Kensington, buy a boat you only ever keep in your driveway, become a Pinterest administrator, sell dollar store mugs with rhinestones hot glued all over them.

I don't think it has to do with bugs, there are none anywhere near the trays,
