Went in the tub 6 days ago, how is she looking.

She was a bit dry so i have been very lightly misting, other than that I am using Bods unmodified tech.  2 3lb spawn bags with inoculated with blue meanie used 1 brick of coir and 3.5 liters of water to pasturize.

Looks good,  a little dry, but you're handling that with frequent light mistings... wouldn't hurt to do a few hour bottom water once fully colonized  (few days from now) just to ensure there's enough water content to push the first flush's full potential

Your substrate is expected to shrink after colonization and considerably more after each flush

My FC was good or so I thought... Gonna add another liter next time.

Yeah the tub itself is fine. As you were originally aware it's dry. I suppose it's best to wait till fully colonized to bottom water. Sounds like you are om top of it.

You should always wait till after pins an d typically you wouldn't consider bottom watering unless the pin set was dense as hell

Typically you wouldn't consider bottom watering unless the pin set was dense as hell

Wouldn't consider a bottom water without dense pinset with it this dry initially?  I'd be worried it wouldn't have enough water present :shrug:

Theres 3.5 litres of water in there. That should be pleanty.
If the surface is dry then mist.

If you bottom water without a pinset you risk waterlogging the substrate.
