I don't think humidity gauges are too reliable in general. I do remember Ryche Hawk saying he found a good one at a cigar store. I wish I could help more, maybe you could find it at his site:

check out your local hardware store. analogue humidty guages will run anywhere from $7-15 and digital ones will run upwards of $30. as for accuracy, it doesn't really matter too much. if you're incubator is going to be 90%+ humidity, than most guages will read just that.
