Mine is like 5-15 grams 3 times a day. I definitely slowed down after I took a kilo in like 2 months.

You close tje back of your mouth, fill it with one decent swallow of liquid, look straight up and drop a tsp or two or tbsps in and swallow.

I never taste nor feel kratom except huge ones but I dont mess with it anymore

Parachute it.

For those who don't know how: Get a piece of toilet paper and separate it down to just 1 ply. Put krat in it, join and twist the 4 corners of tp up to make a "parachute". Get rid of the excess tp on the twisted up part, but leave enough so you can hold it between your teeth. Put said "parachute" in your mouth, top of the chute towards the throat, and use your teeth to pinch the twisted part of the tp.

Start filling up your mouth with water. And get ready to swallow. Once you have a mouth full amount of liquid, keep drinking as you release the parachute and swallow. You can use your tongue to help "throw" the chute down your throat.

It takes a bit of practice so your first couple times I'd do it over a toilet or a bathtub because if the chute breaks before it clears your mouth, your gonna wanna gag and throw it up. If that does happen and you have good control of your gag reflex just power through the gag and keep drinking water till you stop gagging. Best advice to avoid this happening divide your dose into multiple smaller chute's, so they are easier to swallow and less likely to break.

I know you're not really supposed to eat toilet paper lol but I've been doing it this way for the last 6 years or so with no problems and it's by far the best way to ingest kratom imo. Take this info as you will

I simply mix orange juice with kratom in a shaker bottle and drink it.

No i put like 4-6 ounces of OJ in a bottle with a cap and shake just enough to mix up but not emulsify, then chug it all on an empty stomach.

I've already made my point earlier, but I'm pretty confused by the strange techniques mentioned, such as swallowing dry powder and toilet roll.
What's so bad about getting kratom goo all over your teeth and stuff?

If I'm in a hurry, I'll put the kratom in my mouth, take water, and sorta do what you might do if you were using mouthwash, that pretty much mixes it up nicely, but I prefer pre-mixing it because it takes a lot of rinses to get the furry kratom-powder-feeling out of my mouth.

I think maybe he is scared you will get all irritable and start banning more people.


Opiates, including kratom, actually make me a pretty shitty person, I feel great myself but I get irritable and impatient with people, sometimes downright angry.

Opiate rage.

Mushrooms make me a lot more aware of my own suffering, but also kinder to others, go figure.

K is way more soluble in warm/hot water than cold.
I would heat a bit in the kettle, pour a 1/4" in the shot glass (just enough so the powder doesn't stick to the bottom), put the K in and mush it around with a short fondue skewer (low surface area for the K to get stuck on), add a bit more water to drinkable consistency and slam it back, rinse glass with a bit of water and throw that down the hatch to clean out the remainder.

Pro tip: turn the faucet on and carefully more the glass under the stream before you do the last rinse of the bits or you're guaranteed to spurt green crap all over the kitchen.

My mom uses a spice bottle which is glass and has a very secure lid. She shakes it up somewhat violently and negates the solubility issues that way. She can also put a dose in to have on hand when she's out and about and her pain creeps in. I don't like this method because there's way more glass surface for the green to stick to that you have to rinse to get it all.

sacramentum how long were you using it?

I'd imagine you'd have to be using high doses, multiple times daily, for many years, and even then, 5 weeks sounds unbelievable.

I'm just scared now.

about a year i'd say, usually 2 times a day and i never weighed my doses or anything. i believe what i'm experiencing is referred to as "post acute withdrawal syndrome" but it consists of anxiety, mood swings, irritability and depression depending on the day. the worst of the physical symptoms were gone within the first week though.

first you got to take a deep breath & hold it. this prevents accidentally inhaling the kratom (which is the worst) and helps mask the taste.
then you toss and wash, and don't forget to swish!
too much kratom in one go will fuck you up so make sure to divide it up into multiple T&W's if you want to go big rather than go home

Yes! I think that may be the most important part, and one that comes about naturally practicing T&W so it's not mentioned.
Making sure that you've taken a breath in is so incredibly important.

One time I didn't, and inhaled by accident as I was about to wash it. I immediately sneezed and at least a couple grams of kratom shot straight into my sinuses. That was some seriously intense pain that lasted for hours. Would not recommend 0/10

Make an alcohol extract with everclear then evaporate it until you have resinous goo you can scrape up, then smoke it in a Newport cigarette.

lol I know it seems pretty absurd on first thought...you can use a ply of Kleenex instead of tp. It's literally the same thing. Paper. Tp just comes in perfect squares that are easy to use. No different than swallowing a blotter if you think about it
