Usually when a child is related to someone by blood it receives much better care. We should be asking why certain individuals who use drugs can't raise their kids but men who wear diapers can.

Well I didn't mean to be racist at all. I'm not saying minorities commit more crimes or deserve to be in jail..but it's just a fact that the prisons are filled with them. White people tend not to go to jail for things like tax evasion and even murders. Cops never go to jail..especially white cops..all that.. but right when they catch a minority smuggling drugs it's lock them up and throw away the key. I am not racist whatsoever.
