For years now, when I think about having almost unlimited disposable income, I would firstly offer to fly/sail all the people I care about to their dream destination for a couple weeks and pay for their vacations. Or relocate them to where in the world it is that they want to live.
Most people I know have never really left the country, and if I can offer them an immersive experience in another culture they're interested in, that would be incredibly gratifying. 

The easiest way I can think of to have an immediate positive impact on people, and on society in return.

I would also take a vacation. After ski season, I would buy a 110'+ luxury sailboat, hire a crew, and and spend a year or longer sailing around the world.
Stopping at every destination I've ever dreamed of going to.

Eventually to return to where I currently live. The extravagant purchases I would make would be to buy a chalet at the ski resort closest to me. One of the chalets I can wake up in the morning and ski directly onto one of the runs. As well as a $50-$60k new truck. Most likely just the the top of the line Tundra TRD or an F-250. A lot of toys in the $10-$20k range. Dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and UTV's.

That's it for me. Life is good already, but that amount of money would allow me to have a lot of fun and bring smiles to a lot of good people.

The logistics of it would be extremely disgusting.
Body parts and blood everywhere. Extensive damage to personal property.
People getting killed by penises moving at terminal velocity.
It'd be some wild times.
