Any help on id'ing this , there are 1000s of them near me ,I was thinking Pluteus salicinus maybe but not sure ? thanks

No, Pluteus salicinus do not have a ring on the stem. I don’t know what it is.

Ah thanks yeah I noticed that after I posted and did a bit of reading up , also missing the silvery type centre , what about this one ?found next to it, thanks

Looked at stropharia ambigua to see its lookalikes only had one and this doesnt look like it. It does look like a stroph to me or something thats been in stroph before.

The list given for stroph on those pages on wiki was only about 15 mushrooms doesn't seem right to me as I figured stroph would be very large.
