Why I wish Strophs were Active...

I found this field of Strophs growing 20 seconds from my front yard. I never seen them fruit there but the rain has brought them up.

If these have taken over is there any chance that subs could survive around them? Its pretty cold and wet now so the conditions can't get much better.

... Man i wish they were subs...  :dancing:

They grow like that in the Bay Area of California as well. Heh.

Its possible P.Subs could grow in the same conditions as these maybe you could transfer some myc to the area and next season you could be in luck

Stropharia aurantiaca is an indicator species for wood loving psilocybes. Stropharias do seem to fruit a little more easily however.
