Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it depends on your tub. Not all 60+ quart tubs are made the same. Typically you want to have 4-5 inches of Perlite in your tub. Therefore, I would just drain the perlite, dump it in, and rinse-repeat until you have 4-5 inches in the tub.

64/4 = 16 quarts to fill it up 1/4 of the way which should be pretty close to 4 inches.
