moving to san diego / carlsbad area

So now that I'm getting into shroom hunting the season is nearing its end and i'm moving to the san diego/carlsbad area and have no idea where to start hunting. any help is appreciated and i wouldlove to get into contact with people who live in the same area.

Welcome to the desert. Home to non-psychoactive cac6ti and no magic shrooms. Well maybe a few gyms but they are similar to deadly Galerinas so I would not suggest looking for them. BUT is too hot where you are going.

I lived there for many years... You'll have trouble finding any worthwhile fungi.

I would be more than happy to travel to go hunting. i know it sounds cheesy but i went out today and finally hunted for some shrooms. I found a couple of different kinds, boxed them up and now i'm waiting for the print...its the first time i feel like i actually did something worthwhile. Boo Hoo, anyways i would actually prefer to go hunting away from my home area so if anyone knows, i'd love to hear from you

You can buy San pedro cacti fairly cheap in some parts of California.

One thing that I miss about there is the surf.

Start surfing if you haven't...its a great sport.

Just stay away from Cherry hill... I dont want any kooks out there while Im away.  :nonono:

I tried san pedro once and it was a pain in the ass and it was so weak that i ended up going to see a movie then i came home and slept.


by the way.....surfing is the greatest gift from god( whichever god you pray to ) next to mushrooms that is.

Int he late 1800s and early 1900s, san pedros were planted all over the San Diego area as Wind-Breakers for small crops.

I have a few pictures of a half ton cacti in a womens yard.

And if you prepared the cactus as recommended m by my preparation methods you would definitely have gotten the effects of the mescalitos on your brain.

If any of you know where Fallbrook/Bonsall area is, I'm there. Not as southern as carlsbad, not as west as Oceanside, not as east as those other towns! :-P I wish I could find shrooms or atleast a spore print so I could grow my own over summer, which is what I'm seriously considering. I'm also seriously considering what would happen if people found out. There's that spore trading website where you can buy em from Holland and I could try to get the mexicana, but I don't have a pressure cooker or a credit card.

People have known fo them in the area since the late 1970s.

As long as this cacti is never sold openly on the streets it i will still be legal to buy.

I live in Ramona and there's cows in the feilds around me. Time to go check it out.....
