Can someone ID please

Habitat:
In a pasture in grass next to dung

Gills: dark

Stem:
Very thin, about 3-4 inches

Cap:
Dome shaped cap. Not sticky or slimy

Spore print color:
Black

No bruising noticed

Other information:
I'm sure it's not an active. I'm just trying g to learn what I have around me and can't find this one in any of my books

Ok, here are some nice pics. Are these active? They are always found around cow dung in the tall grass. They have a nice mushroomy smell. Found in NE Alabama.
