Definitely NOT all mushrooms that grow on dung are active. Never eat a mushroom unless you have properly identified it. To have one identified on here, read the sticky post at the top of the mushroom hunting index.

dung isn't the main place to find the active mushrooms, they are all over the place. and correctly stated as above, there are severly deadly prosessed mushrooms found in dung.

Dude, seriously. WTF.
You need to read the forum rules, FAQ, and try using google a little bit. Identifying mushrooms is a LOT more complex than making sweeping generalizations like "are all or most mushrooms that grow on manure active." There are hundreds of species that grow from manure. Maybe 3 or 4 are active.
You've got a lot of learning to do.

Actuallu Gumby Dude there are a few f dozen shrooms growing on Buffalo, Cow, Gaur and Horse manure that are active.
11 panaeolus mushrooms, 13 species of Copelandia are active, P. cubensis and P/ subcubensis, P. fimetaria, P. sierrare, P. strictipes, to name a few.
However thaere are a total of now 190 psiloybian mushrooms world wide and the ones I noted above are manure shrooms.
mj
Onwe more thing, people will more than like l find cubes and copes than the other varieties I noted.
