Armillaria ID request

I think I may have 2 different species here.

Found on an old tree stump, probably conifer.

Found growing solitary in the grass along forest path. I left it for a while so I could collect it on the way home, and unfortunately someone seems to have tampered with it before I got back, because it wasn't broken like that, and as far as I can remember, it had a more significant yellowish ring on the stipe. This mushroom is more yellowish than the previous ones, is more striate at the margin, and has a more bulbous stipe.

First ones are definitely Armillaria sp.
