Anyone know how long it takes to get rid of shroom tolerance?

I have been microdosing every 3 days for a couple weeks and would like to do a large trip. Do I have to wait a few days or weeks in order for my tolerance to go down?

If your microdose is less than .5 (which a microdose technically isn't more than .3) every three days then you shouldnt really even have any tolerance. Especially if your taking 5-10 times the dose (.3 to 1.5-3gs).
Long story short: Don't worry about it, youll still trip if you eat enough either way lol. Your slight tolerance might even help you with the come-up.

IMO, even if you're taking .5 daily, you could still get a solid trip from a proper dose, no need to wait.

You can do whatever you choose.

Ime there is no noticable tolerance I could speak of.

What dose do you plan on doing ?
