24 hours with ultrasonic humidifier...is this ok?

I'm having problems getting humidity into my terrarium after my timer shuts it off (first bottle isn't even filling full of mist) so I was wondering if it would be possible for me to keep it on 24/7 if the humidity levels at 96%? I tap all the tubes to make sure it isn't clogged, anybody have any idea why it doesn't fill even the first bottle after it turns back on?

what you've stated makes little sense... runnig it 24/7 isnt a problem as long as you arent having a problem with water pooling where it shouldnt

Well, my ulrasonic humidifier will stop putting out moisture when the pressure has no where to go. Either get a timer with 48 15min settings or poke a small hole in the grow chamber for pressure to escape from. 3m now makes a refillable electrostatic air filter, you can buy the refill's and use to cover the hole. First I would crack the lid on my chamber and see if you can see moisture moving thru your bottles.(If so then you are have to great of pressure build up in your grow chamber) And if you poke holes in your grow chamber I would keep the humidifier running 24/7 that away there is constant flow out of the hole, leave little chance for contams to get in.

I have tried 2 diff types of humidifiers and find it hard and bothersome. Perlite method works great for me. I still have the ultrasonic humidifier hooked up and I run it 15-30min every 2 days. Since I run it so little I don't use any bottles, just tapped right into the side of the grow chamber. But, if I didn't already own it I would just use perlite and a spray bottle with a lil h2o2 in it.
