I would take a wager that it's exactly as self inflicted as all other people. There is inherently nothing different about people with black skin asides from their color.

You do realize that the under performance is exactly observable along the lines of race, meaning that they systematically disadvantaged. The only conspiracy is the one you have created. There are libraries worth of information that suppor this claim, your claim has literally no backing.

Exactly, there is no conspiracy. That word doesn't apply. We know the causes of the inequality, and in large part it is systemic racism, economic inequality, etc.. I'm glad we agree.

There are plenty doctors, CEO's etc., but there are also disproportionally less black people in those positions. Just as is there is less woman, white or otherwise, in those positions. By definition you have described a situation where there is rampant inequality, and systemic factors are absolutely in part a cause of this. So thanks again.
