Veda_sticks back again _ monitubs this time

Used to be a very active member ywars ago. Took a break came back for a while then took another break. Now I'm back at it again. Personally I have no i terest in the psychedelics but my gf doesso I'm digging out my old stuff.

Still had some prints from kind shroomery members who sent me stuff ywars ago.

Working with wbs using foomans easy peasy no sosk method just rinse and steep for  90 minutes. Perfect moisture content.

Made up syringes 2 days ago from a small print that wasn't that dark (guessing the cap was not covered to prevent drying out) so it only made 2 prints.

Discovered the bird seed i have has suit in it (fat) used it before without problems.

Think I'm go na go monitubs this time. Previously I used my own type of mini fruit g chamber that was a sort of monotub shotgun cross. It had holes drilled just above substrate level on all sides. Like 4 holes on short and 6-8 on large sides. Worked pretty well.


Still working with a small 5 litre pressure cooker. Figured out i can get 6 500ml jars in there. 4 in normal and 2 on there sides..

Sterilised my first 5 jars earlier and will be inoculation Sunday morning.

Bulk will. Be coir

My mind seems to have rejected them so I stopped. Just the thought brings severe anxiety.

Got 5 jars inoculated. My silicone for injection ports hadn't came so decided to just put ge holes and remove lids to inoculate. Done in a sab of coarse.

Well see how it goes. The micropore tape I used didn't seem to like the pressure cooker much. It went a bit weird so had to put an extra strip on them when I took them out. Hopefully nothing got in.

I don't remember that happening before.it looks like toilet paper that got wet then dried out.

Anyway put the Jr's away to leave for a few days before looking at. I just dropped some liquid on top no shake so should see any growth fairly soon.

Temps should be around 20c

Damn all 5 jars green mold. That will be a bad print... Or I messed up making the syringes. It was pretty light print.

Or somehow mold got in during inoculation. These jars had no inoculation port. Just a filter so the jar was opened briefly to drop a few drops of liquid fro. Spore syri ge.

4 should mold on top and 1 is spread throughout the grain (could have got mixed up) so that suggests it's the spore syringe or inoculation method.

I've got a few prints left so time to starter again..
