ID Request for South East Pennsylvania

Habitat:
Growing in mulch next to a sidewalk

Gills:
Brown gills

Stem:
About 4-5mm in diameter, smooth, light brown, no ring

Cap:
Convex tan cap with brown tip

Spore print color:
Brown

Bruising:
Still need to check

Other information:
See pictures, can add more pictures later with specific details.
I think it could be Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata.
The surface of the mushroom was dry and smooth.
