ID request - T Pachanoi, Polaskia Chichipe, or other?
    #25178923 -

Girlfriend randomly decided she wanted to get into bonsai gardening and dragged me out to a greenery. Lucky for me, we found a good cactus grabbag. It looks to have a Blue Myrtle (left) and a San Pedro (right/back) in the arrangement. I wanna say the third, girthy one in the middle/front, is also San Pedro, but I am not sure. Can I get an ID? Will take more photos as needed. I have had somebody suggest that this is a Polaskia Chichipe. From what I gather, new spine growth on Polaskia is usually red, and this particular cactus has only dark spines.

Yeah, it's a Polaskia chichipe. The Red spines are absent because it is dormant. Last years spines have faded. The new spines that grow will be Reddish.

Look at the spines and compare to a confirmed San Pedro and you will see the difference.
Look at the color of the spines.

Nooooooooooooooooooo!

Well on the bright side, it looks like the one in the back right is a PC San Pedro. Somebody commented that it looks etiolated.

In either case, I suppose I could use them for grafting. I like the way they look. It's too bad the weather here isn't conducive to cactus growing.
