No, no, no.

No Consciousness = No Experience / "reality."

Big difference between "Mind" & Consciousness!

I believe it's Not Proven that a literal Meat Fat Brain is Absolutely needed for Consciousness. So, a mind is a tool for Consciousness. Consciousness is the Experience or perceived realities.

A Good Question then would be. What is a "Belief" & what is "Reality," & are Beliefs = Reality, &/or is Reality = Believing?

After that is ascertained, deducting the question you inquired about would be conducive to debate here. Otherwise, everyone could have their own subjective definitions & hence no objective debates. But defining things also is arbitrary by essence, & that Also is Something to speculate or be skeptical about definitions of words & signs & numbers & Nature & Countless thing perceived. It's not easy to even have discourse on Level grounds to understand each other.

But, I believe that Believing indeed Changes Perceived Reality! But Believing Might actually be Knowing in Cases, & knowing something is a type of reality to a person. If I write the word 'One," it is understood via general concurrence of what "One," or a Single piece or single entity, etc., actually resembles.

But, Knowing what "One" is, & knowing which "One," can be different! Find a single Engine Part in a 20 Acre Vehicle Scrap yard. So, a single vehicle alternator might be needed, but many aren't easily compatible.

So, believing turns into Reality many times, but believing something & perceiving it as objective thing in front of you, might be different. Like I have a Parked Vehicle outside, but I don't see it nor sense it at all, except a belief that vehicle should be there where I left it.

So, believing & reality, are basically Juxtaposed & entangled in many ways. But Both Reality & Beliefs can play tricks on individuals, just because of fallibility & subjective perceptions & different standards of definitions. Etc..

And there are arguably More Subjective Realities than Objective Realities. Objective Realities (whatever that is) are probably only Phenomenon that are without Subjective Inputs; but that itself seems impractical or impossible to Objectify things via Subjective rhetoric, etc.. So, maybe Only Subjective Realities exist, & objective is only more Axiomatic or Natural or Common via Ubiquity. Etc..

It's somewhere in between. Of course your mind shapes your reality to a certain extent, but you still exist in the same "reality' everyone else does. So yours may be aesthetically different then someone elses, so to speak, but you both exist in this plane of reality. You feel me son

A Plane of Reality, I believe is a Perceived Perception of the Environment around a place or person or thing, etc..

So, I might be living with stomach bacteria that are helping to digest foods to Break nutrition down to nourish cells in body. Etc.. But even though they are inside the stomach, I don't always perceive them on a Same Plane of existence. They work the Digestive System, I give them foods, mutual benefited, except I & stomach bacteria don't always need to be mindful of each other. It is a working system that only needs to be properly maintained for Optimal Performance.

But finding Optimal Performance, might be General Guidelines, but not a universal Perfect Diet Plan for Everyone. But people shouldn't eat Cow Manure as main course dishes, but the Cow Manure is indeed Great once Plants 1st take the "Raw" materials & then produce Good Foods in Better Proportions & Safe for humans, when edible foods act as Natures Replicators, "trash" to foods & plates, etc..

But ones 'man's' trash, is... etc..
