I'd suggest getting a cat but if you don't want to then either try putting a different kind of bait on the trap or put some bait in a corner and wait near by with the bb gun.

The mouse is probably stuck inside your walls/floorboards, You should stick a cat inside your wall and it should solve the problem.

A bucket with water in it a coat hanger pierced through a soda can suspended on top of middle of bucket pb on the can mice trys to get on can and falls in bucket as can revolves,a ramp with pb leading up to lip of bucket

I saw one experiment where they made a tub, filled it with water, then put a semi-submerged "island". After swimming, the mouse found it eventually. The second time, it found it almost instantly.

Mice are smart and they do remember!

U could also try a "pit trap" with a large glass jar or bucket or a box even, then make stairs to it so the mouse falls in and gets trapped inside. Make sure its real tall thou, like at least 2.5ft tall.
