Need help killing a mouse

So long story short somehow 2 mice got into my house and for some reason they came to my room. Keep in mind im a clean person and never have food in my room or laying around anywhere for that matter, anyway I set 2 traps killed one but I think its buddy witnessed it and got smart cos its not taking the bait on any othee traps I put out......help?

Ps. This fucker is keeping me up at night and im almost to the point of risking bullet holes in my floor to kill this fuck.

What are you using as bait?  Peanut butter works very well

I use an electric trap with PB bait plus this special store bought bait that works well. U can also try kill him with a BB gun.

What kind of traps are you using?  Glue?  I stick peanut butter in the middle of those suckers and they do just fine.  I do not, however, have much luck catching mice with the traditional snap type traps (whatever they are called).

Have you handled the traps a lot?  They are smart fuckers and if they smell you on there, they aren't gonna touch it.  I'd try those glue ones with a dab of PB in the middle.

Try different bait. I had rats once with a clear preference for avocado.

Also different types of traps.

That what I meant to say: I use the glue traps whenever I have mice.  I am tired, and my thought process is, well, slow...  :toohightothink:

Ok thanks for the responses guys. Im using a modern traditional trap and another trap that kills them without you having to see(which i dont care i just want them to work) does the glue kill them or is there a biting risk?

I have handled them only when putting in the bait. So one only once and the other twice but washed it after the first kill.

I never had any issue insofar as a mouse stuck in a glue trap biting me.

Guess it depends if it's a mouse or a rat. Very different in size.
