What kinda mattress are you sleeping on?

Are you sleeping in heaven? Does it fuck up your back? Is it time for a new one and if so, what are you thinking?

I have a beauty rest and it was awesome about 6-7 years ago, but this past year it's really gone down hill and is way too soft. No support what so ever.

Bought a super cheap mattress 2 years ago or so. Really regret it, wake up every morning with neck pain. I end up sleeping on my couch. I'm mostly here to collect names of good mattresses and to give warning to anyome thinking about buying a cheapo mattress.

I was hoping for some suggestions and warnings too.

The one I have now was 950.00 and top of the line at the time. I think ours might still be in good shape, but about a year and a half ago we were moving and it bent and folded over. It wasn't too bad, but it's def made a dif and has been down hill ever since.

Not quite heaven, but it's not bad (no back issues or discomfort). It's actually a pretty old mattress...need a new one.

Was looking at them not long ago, and I was pretty set on getting a Saatva. Just didn't do it yet.


But yeah, Saatvas are supposedly a decent choice and will run you about $999 for a Queen.

They don't have them in stores - Saatva is more like an exclusive club (lol). Na, but they come, drop it off, set it where you want, and they even take your old stuff at no charge (if you wanna get rid of that shit).

Then I think it's a 30 day trial period where you can return it if you don't like it, and they'll pick it up at no extra charge.

I sleep on couch cushions I throw on the ground, I don't have the room for a real bed and when I finally went to buy a real mattress everything but 3 mattresses were out of my price range. They were shit, but I sleep pretty good for the most part on my make shift bed, I wake up sore every now and then

I went to big lot and got this memory foam mattress that comes in a box.  Makes it easy to take home and so far the only downside is if you sleep In one spot too often it kinda holds the memory but it’s still so supportive there’s not really any noticing it. I forgot the name of it. But it’s the only one that comes in a box I think at big lot

I bought some Serta memory foam mattress with one of those hydraulic bed frames a few months ago. I sleep like a human taco most nights

Some kind of "pillow top" mattress - comfortable as hell though. It throws me into an incredibly deep sleep that can only be broken by my asshole roommate making a lot of racket. It's really good on my back too.

I recently shifted to Miami and I am in need of a few households things. I am also looking for a mattress and while checking for it, I found from this site about the organic latex mattress Miami. I hope that this mattress provide me quality sleep without any back problems.

So far so good :thumbup: it's only been a year though.
My resolution this year was to get a  king sized bed(amongst a couple other things :lol:), so I'm planning on replacing it before 2019.



It's super comfy, I just feel like it probably won't hold up long for some reason.

Nah, it's actually quite comfy. Is it gonna last 10 years? No. But it was convenient and I'm moving out and getting a new one shortly anyways, so it worked out well. I'd recommend it for folks who need something comfortable delivered to their door fast(which I did)

I got a Tempurpedic and I fucking love it. Only had it for like 6 weeks now but its amazing

I bought a new bed like 3 months ago and it sucked and fucked up my back so I returned it and got the money I spent on it back for store credit. Said fuck it and got the Tempurpedic. Nothing worse than waking up with back pain bc of your shitty mattress

Get a Tempurpedic. Its worth it
