U.V handheld sterilization "wands" - U.V Sterilization tools?

Hello again friends!!!!!!! 

      I just had a pop thought and was wondering if any of you's out there had experience using uv sterilization procedures? (Wands, lamps, lights, etc.)  Any product that uses uv light as a sterilizing aid??? 

      There is one product in particular that is only $30 that is a hand wand for sterilization using uv light..... but also, cant uv radiation be harmful to human skin as well?  And what about using it in a situation for, lets say mold in a monotub or bulk tray??? 
          So yeah, I have been wondering about uv sterilization products for awhile now, so do any of you have any knowledge of them or experience?
