louisiana luck?

Has anyone found any shrooms this month in louisiana? I live around Baton Rouge and have not had any luck. I went the day after it rained about a week ago, and no luck. Do i need to wait till it gets a little hotter? Is next month prime shrooming season for south louisiana?

You have to go for up to 5 days after it rained , after the 5th day after the rain if there are no shrooms chances are there wont be.

Stright from the rules:

3. Do not ask if the current weather is "good for shrooms."
These threads are flat out annoying, and will be locked. This information can easily be found with a little bit of research.
As a general rule of thumb, if it has rained within the last 2-3 days, and the temperatures are correct for the type of mushroom you're looking for, then *yes* it is possible that the mushroom you are looking for is growing.
