The smoke should only be taken into the mouth, rather than inhaled.  Lung cancer is not a concern.

I used to smoke a lot of blunts as a kid, but I have smoked very few cigars.

Basically the reason I don't like cigars is because I can't just not inhale. So it always makes me sick. Same thing with chew I always end up swallowing or chewing it which makes me sick

taking a deep breath of air in right before you take a puff from the cigar will help minimize any accidental inhalation of smoke. 

Nicotine buzzes are nasty though, I've never seen the appeal.

Today's cigar is an Arturo Fuente 858.  Excellent smoke, especially for the price.  I looovvvveee Cameroon wrappers!  Oliva serie g, A. Fuente Don Carlos, the 858, all excellent.  I prefer my cigars on the sweeter side and the natural subtle sweetness ov a Cameroon is oh so sublime.  Otherwise i generally opt for a maduro or oscuro.  Yum, i love cigars.

I recently got back into smoking cigars.

So, I picked up a Nub 460 Habano yesterday.

It was very tasty:smile: You should definitely try it someday if you haven't already tried one.
