Looking for some help.................
    #2443697 -

**PLEASE NO FLAMING**

Hey everybody, maybe someone out there can help me out. What im trying to do is help my dad find info on my mom. She has been unfaithful and is spending a lot of money on the "DL" and they are now in the middle of a divorce witch she has throw in his face that she will take my youngist brother (because he is a paycheck to her) and will be coming after him for "all the money she can get". I need to get ALL the dirt i can to help my dad he has done nothing wrong execpt staying with her as long as he has, but thats neither here nor there. Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.

I was gonna say the same. How do the PI's findings work in court, I wonder. Maybe she would just be so freaked out by the potential evidence against her that she would back down a little.

just tell them in court that she'd beat u on the balls of yer feet with a cane frequently resullting in no bruising but lots of mental anguish proving she is unfit to care for children

My dad cant afford a PI, because my mom has drained the accounts, but my dad and i have a TON of things to go on, like passwords to work e-mail, cell phone messages and such. We think we know who he is but i dont want her to know we know anything so we can get more information. Im looking for like Net Detective software or someone that knows how to hack or anything to that effect. It just makes me SOOO mad that she has my younger brother brain washed and he will only be hurt in the end. Get this "the family" has no money for rent or any extras for my brother (like going to the movies or anything) but shes has a cruz with this guy in the works after she takes my dads money (found and recorded the message from her cell phone). Thanks for not flaming this, i know if i went to OTD that it wouldn't even get a positve respones. Thanks again everyone.

maybe its just better to back away and let them figure it out, but one effective weapon is always to speak the truth and how you are seein things. do not worry about saving them for details, tell them both exactly how you feel about it. hearing the truth from your own kids makes you think more about it than hearin it from a husband you are cheatin on and wants to divorce.

hope things work out for the best for both you and your brother

that sucks. i unfortunately have no advice for you. i hope it works out good for you though. divorce sucks unless its for good reason, but you said she was unfaithful which sounds like a reason, but it still sucks. sorry man. and thats stupid if she is taking your younger brother just cause of child support and shit.

I would agree, but my mom is a sick and twisted person. Myself and another brother and sister (all adults) all came to my mom and told her we new what she was doin about a year ago and told her we wanted nothing to do with her since all she did was try and pawn it off on my dad because he didn't show her enough atention, she doesn't care and would have nothing to do with my younger brother but hes her pay check.

yea that would be really cool if that would work out. i was in that situation of being able to pick where i wanted to live. but i didn't wanna completely ditch my dad so i just wanted more time with my mom.

Okay, so was I. If your dad left a manilla envelope full of pictures of her and the other guy on the kitchen table, don't you think that would have some affect on her? She could be followed and photographed w/out hiring a PI, and she wouldn't have to know who took the pictures. If she's essentially told you guys she doesn't care, I doubt her attitude is going to change much between now and the divorce.

I'd be careful about snooping through email accounts and the like... it would reflect poorly upon you and your father if the info came to light in court. But best of luck, sounds like a shitty situation.
