shrooms effects on KI energy

I have searched every were I can and had no luck on finding info on how shrooms would effect your Ki energy. If you could help me with a answer I wold be grateful. Thanks in advance :smile:

I think the shrooms acts directly on the Shen the mind, I also thinks that it affects de liver and the kidney to affect the shen, drugs used to act mainly on these two organs , but drugs like speed and coke , is the heart , but also the liver and the kidney. all the organs work together, they are pices of the same machine and they depend and rely on each other

I don't know if any of that will clarify any of your doubts,
what is your level of internal arts practice? I am a nei kung practitioner, I am also do generation stage yoga( tibetan tantra Tummo)
Medicines has to be used carefully, otherwise they will poison you.

ya, word to that. shrooms (less so than acid) push huge amounts of energy through your body (depending on dose).

shroom energy is kind of wierd, duh. basically any psychedelic is going to spread through your nervous system and bring its multi-dimensionality to where ever you are open. where ever you are closed though you're going to put alot of stress on your nervous/energy systems.

energetically you shouldn't have any problems as long as you're pretty grounded (spine to feet, open at feet) and you remain as relaxed as possible throughout.

sometimes increases perception of energy, but doesn't increase your energy if thats what you were asking

I personally experienced what in all probability was a full blown Kundalini experience during a very heavy dosed shroom trip. It was extremely rough in the initial stages (hellish would be the best adjective), but once all my blockages were blown out it was heavenly. Pure energy surging through every channel of my being...

i have found it takes great Purity,
to use shrooms beneficially in practice.

so.. uh. can someone point me at something to figure out what yall're talkin about

my last few shroom trips were all pretty stressful and rough, for what amounts to no reason I can find. atmosphere, mindset, nothing. slight malnutrition because i was poor.. but i've had more relaxed DXM trips, and all my DXM trips have been akin to an old methhead breaking out of an asylum and jumping into my car and just screaming "GO GO! DRIVE NOW!" and shrooms.. shouldn't be like that.

A blast of shrooms is very much like a orgasm, it consumes Chi, you also loose some vital energy when you have some blasts and breakthroughs in some deep stages of meditation. all this lost of energy will delay you to get futher advancement in your pratices, but all these blasts and breakthrougs are a initiation themselves, everything belongs to the Tao and the Tao is the way.

I have asked this question many times without a satisfactory answer: How is chi measured? how can it be said that one person has stronger or more or better chi energy than another without a reliable system for measuring it?

If chi cannot be measured, how can we be certain it exists?

I once had a demonstration given to me, where chi energy was supposed to keep me from falling over when someone pressed down on my outstretched hands, and then I fell over once the "chi" was dispersed with a wave of the instructors hand...

I was impressed with this demonstration, right up until the day a foot insole salesman gave me the same demonstration, only this time the thing that kept me from falling over was a shoe insole!

There are two apparent sides to the universe, the objective and the subjective. Objects "out there" in the object-ive world can be measured and we can share our findings with others. Experiences "in here" in the subjective world cannot be measured and cannot be shared with others but does this then mean that they don't exist?

Looking for proof of subjective experience in the objective world is a falacy.

You can't believe until you have your own subjective experience. Then proof and belief are meaningless because you will have touched the truth of it through direect experience.

I'm not looking for proof of chi... i'm looking for a way objectively quantifying it. How can one person's chi be measured against that of another?
