Question about Virola resin

Okay, a few questions about Virola resin, since I can't seem to find much good info thru google or erowid....

How much Virola would one need to eat for a nice trip? (I've never done Ayahuasca, and I'm not really fond of experiences that are REALLY intense (y'know, flying down tunnels, talking to aliens, that sorta thing hehe), please take that into consideration)
Also, I read somewhere that the resin already has enough harmine/harmaline alkaloids to make em orally active, is that true?

perhaps caapi/rue could be a useful tool for you if you don't wanna go through the whole extraction problem...
i love it intranasally. one spits red afterwards!
but i find it more subtle, compared to yopo, less pain and a bit more fun.
