Shell Silverstien- Drug Poem?

Hey I remeber reading a poem supposedly by shell silverstien.
It was about all these drugs someone was trying and all their flaws...
I cant find it thru searching.. :frown:
anyone know?

Wow, I never knew Shel Silverstein was quite "out there." I always loved his poems as a kid, and always assumed he was just the straightedge children's author. I wonder what all the parents who buy their kids these books would say if they knew some of the shit he's doing?

yeah, I always knew shell was a fuckin anarchist hipppie.  Its blatantly obvious in his children's poetry:

"When the light turns green you go
When the light turns red you stop
But what do you do
When the light turns blue
with orange and lavender spots?"

If you've never read "Uncle Shelby's ABZ's"  I would highly reccommend it.  Dont let the title fool you: its not a children's book.
