Yee, i've heard about that way of doing it too. I think I read that you have to chew it though, although I don't fully remember. And yeah same for me haha. Before I tried Salvia I had only ever smoked weed and done LSD. I had no idea anything could ever be that powerful, and no one even told me how crazy it was going to be before I went for it either.
The friend that I got it from told me it was like weed (not sure why the fuck people say that lol, it is nothing like weed), so thinking it'll be just like weed I load a whole bowl of 20x into my bubbler and rip the whole thing in one go. I held it in for like 10 seconds then exhaled. I of course basically instantly felt it, and next thing I know I go completely blind and I feel myself falling forward on to the floor.
All of a sudden this super strange feeling rushes over me and I get the sensation that i'm covered in flames but surprisingly it's not painful. Next is the only part that was really scary and unpleasant. This really intense feeling came over that I really don't like. It's hard to describe, but it's almost like I had very powerful giant magnets all over my body that were trying to magnetize to everything around the room while at the same trying to push away from everything.
There was also this weird gravity type feeling that was smashing me downwards while the magnet type feeling was going on as well. After what felt like forever of going through all that and being completely blind my sight finally came back and all those feelings went away. Except I was no longer in my living room anymore. The room I was in was the shape of my living room, but it was completely empty and instead of there being normal walls, floor, and ceiling they were replaced with this vibrating energy that looked like water.
Floating around in the walls were these big rectangles with very thin streams of bright colors flashing through them, somehow I knew these were the magnets that were on my body before I got to that place. Beyond the transparent walls of water energy where the outside world would be if I was in our usual reality there's nothing but just the most plain mist colored grey stretching out in all directions as far as the eye could see.
After taking a minute to take in my surroundings I looked down and noticed I was no longer in a human body. I was the same energy as the room I was in, but I was glowing brightly. I also noticed that there was this very strange almost like cylinder tentacle type thing coming out of my chest, again made of he same sort of vibrating water energy. The water energy was flowing out of my chest up to the tip of the tentacle where the tip of the flow was making an infinity symbol, then back into my chest where it would turn around and repeat the process.
The energy that was flowing also had very brightly colored red, green, yellow, and blue streams sort of following it in the cycle. It was really amazing to watch, but I sadly didn't get much time to analyze it before I shot back down to normal reality. I was completely shocked. I had no idea what the fuck i'd just seen, but I had this really big feeling i'd learned something.
Few weeks later I was tripping on acid and my friend wanted to show me this cool movie he'd found. It was called Donnie Darko, I thought it sounded kind've cool so we sat down and watched it (weirdest fucking movie to watch on acid haha, was awesome though). I was enjoying it so far, but nothing to crazy had happened. Then this part comes on where it shows his family is just going about there night doing whatever they do but there's this cylinder tentacle thing coming out of their chests. It was extremely similar to the one I had saw in my Salvia trip just with less bright streams of light and no infinity symbol.
My mind was completely blown, I had never even heard of this movie before that night so I thought it was an extremely weird coincidence. I had been wondering what the tentacle thing was, and apparently according to the movie it's basically like your cord of fate and it's used in order to travel through time and to alternate universes. I still don't really know what to think about the whole situation haha, but it was cool.
