Aleve>Advil>>>aspirin>>Tylenol. IMHO. There's this NSAID called ketorolac that works better than all of em, used to have about a months worth of that stuff about a year ago.

It's all trash on your body though. I'm pretty sure kratom contains NSAIDs, could be wrong, but I use the stuff for pain and it works way better than any OTC painkillers. Of course that could just be the opioid alkaloids :shrug:

Its best not to use any of them if at all possible.

Tylenol / apap/ acetemenophen is the worst of them but they are all harmful and dangerous in different ways.

Many people find cannabis provides safe pain relief.

Kratom is a superb painkiller .

If at all possible you shouldn't use any painkiller often and certainly not daily unless absolutely necessary.

Even a baby aspirin a day carries risks, although it's worth it for some if you are at risk of heart attack or whatever .


I keep baby also in my backpack in case anyone is having a heart attack.

Coincidentally my wife thought she was having a heart attack today. I gave her two baby aspirin and we are in hospital now.

It's a good thing to keep in your house, backpack and car.

kratom feels much harsher on the stomach than aspirin nd some get ulcers from it

Kratom is amazing for my digestive system and keeps me marvellously regular.

It' hasn't been associated with nearly as many stomach problems as aspirin which is notorious for causing stomach bleeding.

kratom hurts my stomach whenever i take it i guess it just varies on an individual basis

Kratom makes me constipated if my diet isnt right, which it isnt right now so im having to take milk of magnesia every once in awhile. Im far from regular lol

I use everyday though. Im sure if you didnt and eat a good diet it doesnt do any harm to the stomach.

That sucks it hurts your stomach sheekle.

meh, i'm not huge on krat anyway so it's no biggie

low doses make for a nice social lubricent tho, if i do enough to get noticably high i get boring and my voice gets croaky tho

I take ibuprofen. I never take acetaminophen Unless I have no kratom and need a T3. Last time i took a T3 was when i scraped like a third of my nail off on the sidewalk. So its not for normal pain.

I'm on 80mg aspirin a day due to cardiovascular meds.

The rare times I want a painkiller I go for Acetaminophen, a gram at a time, three times a day.

If I need something extra I go for Naproxen 200mg 3 a day.Naproxen KICKS ASS and moreover, it lasts 12 hoiurs so you can get a full nights sleep off of what ails you. The sleep part is a BIG THING. Disease often get majorly exhausting by sleep deprivation, and most healing happens while you sleep.

I cant handle ibuprofen. Gives me a rash on the ankles.

I got a decent grade when I made aspirin.  Although it smelled strongly of acetic acid, the prof didn't notice because his sense of smell is gone.  I saved a vial.. anyone wanna try it?

Interesting. Naproxen gives me hives, an itchy mouth and rashes on my hands, arms and inner elbow.

Well there's another drug I can never touch. I can't afford to lose more empathy.

Also Tylenol can seriously fuck up your liver in a relativily short term.

Excedrin works pretty well for a tension headache.  aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine.  Otherwise I take Tylenol/acetaminophen because ibuprophen upsets my stomach and naproxen lasts too long.  12 hours?  I'll only take that if I anticipate my pain will last more than 12 hours.

3 gems of acted acetemenophen in a day is far too much IMO
I think it shouldn't be used at all but absolutely not more than a gram a day

Thankfully we can get T1 in Canada OTC

I thankfully never need painkillers and if I did Kratom would be my first go to

People who take NSAIDs of other painkillers for arthritis should look into SAMe which is as effective as NSAIDs and drastically healthier .

If you must take Tylenol, NAC and vitamin C with it have been shown to mitigate  liver
Toxicity
