Is there a withdrawal effect from NSAIDs?

Like if you take them for a week straight and stop might you experience some withdrawal? I fucked up my wrist and was taking Aleve and stopped today and I'm feeling extremely achey.

My pain always comes back for an hour or two after I stop taking them, but only if I have taken them for a few days, like my nerves are getting back to feeling normal pain instead of all pain being dulled.

That sounds like something that could only happen to an exceptionally weak person.  I guess you better hit up the ER.

Think it might also be cuz I abused the shit out of my Gabapentin for the last three days.

Maybe if you have bad inflamation.  They say that nsaids ar also good for mild emotional pain, but I have doubt.

I think the mind can cause inflamation with stress.

I think there may be. I know a woman who takes 20 several times a day. Personally, when I take two, I feel the effects. In fact, I take them so infrequently that they are like pain pills to me. They are so vital for me. Especially when I have a true injury.

No there a far cry from opiate receptor agonist.

Then again i don't feel much from valium either.  Felt something from kolonopine and weed once.  A little bit from valium and weed but it was mostly weed.  Nsaids are less pain killers than benzos. I never did read much about nsaids and nueral inflammation.  Lot's of different discomforts makes relief appear "pain killer".

Real pain causes mental shock.  Shock can kill in itself.
