Can I trip while on antipsychotics?

Hello, I'm taking some antipsychotics and I wonder can I still trip on substances like Psilocybin, LSD, LSA, 25i... or will it cancel out the effects

I take 150mg of Xepilon once a month (in a form of injection)
and 300mg of Depakine Chrono daily

My friend who was on anti psychotics and anti depressants is unable to trip in shrooms, and is never satsisfied with how much weed he smokes, I think he's immune to getting high because of his meds.

The answer to the title of your post is yes and no. Yes you could, and no you shouldn't because you will die or it won't work.

But as for your drugs we can find out. Google the drug you're taking, check the wiki. Check the pharmacodynamics. Is it an antipsychotic dopamine antagonist? Then no you can't trip. Why? Because a dopamine antagonist does something to the receptors that inhibits/retards the normal activity of dopaminergic drugs like lsd. It's like antipsychotics want to go left while psychedelics(psychotics) want to go right. That's as laymen as I can do right now.

You MIGHT be able to trip, I hightly recommend you dont tho due to the effects your meds have on your seritonin and dopamine. If you do decide to trip dont take any MDXX substances by any means due to them causing your seritonin to flood your system. If you are on SSRI it can/may end u with you being very very sick.

How old are you? When and why were you prescribed antipsychotics?

I was prescribed all kinds of things when I was in high school when I didn't really need them, I thought I did then though. Although it was only because I was led to believe that I did.

Do you really need them?

How's that work for ya? U done tried tried tripping on it? I was on remeron for a bit and mushrooms were fine same as weed but for some reason L just didn't work. I'm off now tho.
