Univision got an interview with a man who had a 2month gay relationship with the Orlando shooter.

I'm so glad Isis jumped the gun and claimed credit for this shooting.

It is! It is a homophobic attack by a closet gay with issues. When Harris & Klebold (great name for a comic strip) shot up columbine it was still an attack on the school even though they were students.

But thank God it wasn't a religious fundamentalist attack, I would have found that even harder to stomach.

It was an attack on lbgtqa (by a speculative bisexual male)

It was an attack on americans (by an american)

It was an attack on people (by a person)

It was an attack at a place he probably wished he could fit but didnt

Not a direct attack to one specific thing
i think he was just trying to cause terror in this world

Well put. It drives me nuts how these events are only classified as terrorist attacks now if jihadists were involved. Terrorism is terrorism. Doesn't matter what triggered it; if someone goes out & attacks masses of people,  it's a fucking terrorist attack. Instead they just call it a mass shooting if the perp wasn't connected with radicalized groups. So stupid. Sandy Hook was a terrorist attack. Aurora  CO was a terrorist attack. That cop out west (Dorner?) terrorist, any kid shooting up a college/school = terrorist. Nutjob that shot up planned parenthood in CO = terrorist. Timothy McVeigh = terrorist....which he was called, as that happened before everyone became fixated on the jihadists.

He very well could be.

The shooter had been to the nightclub DOZENS of times. I doubt they were a bunch of recon missions.

Also the police found a gay dating app on his phone that he had used hundreds of times over the last several months.

He was gay, or bisexual, and I'm sure he's gotten it on with someone of the same sex. Eventually someone would come forward.

Just remember, anytime someone is a raging homophobe, or a politician is legislating discrimination against gay people, or someone attacks gay people, they are totally gay themselves and haven't accepted it. They are hating themselves and taking it out on other people.
