Ironically I have dropped down to 120 following injuries sustained largely from working manual labor (overuse, severe enough to prevent any use of my hands for weeks, followed by months of recovery).

That being said, I manage 3500 cal while bulking, fairly healthy diet.
$200mo. 10lbs per month average gained.

Do as you please, but $600 for just getting by is obscenely expensive.

which basically means eating a steak every day, not ground beef, steak, chicken, ect.

obviously thats not just getting by, u could cut portions in half or w/e, but this is an elephant thread afterall, i guess i didn't read closely enough to catch we were discussing eating like a 3rd world country.

Here in america we pride ourselves on doing everything the best, which includes eating the most

I weigh 170. Eating meat fruits and veggies doesnt cost 6 bucks a meal. my breakfast probably costs $2 in groceries and my lunch $3 and my dinner 3-5$
