Yes misting is enough for humidity most the time, some people swear by putting down perlite in another container, and putting the casing on top of that.

Misting alone should be sufficient.

kbone, check out Lizard King's posts of his golden teacher and equador casings. Both posts have pics of excellent results. Both casings were misted only, with no added means of humidity. If cared for properly, the surface of the casing provides much (if not all) of the required conditions for fruitbody formation. However, if you live in an area with a very low ambiant humidity, such as a desert environment, then it may be necessary to add extra humidity using perlite, a humidifier, or other means.
